Foam Inserts: Our play mats feature 1" thick inserts made from natural latex sourced from rubber tree sap. This latex provides both support and resilience, with small air pockets ensuring breathability. Opting for latex makes our play mats the ultimate choice for your baby's comfort and safety, allowing them to grow with confidence.

Cover: 100% certified organic cotton fabric.

Latex foam, derived from rubber tree sap, is a natural foam rubber. It boasts 100% natural composition, devoid of toxins and flame retardants, while offering antibacterial properties. Additionally, it's self-ventilating, biodegradable, and non-allergenic, making it an ideal choice for a soft yet firm play surface.

Cover care: We recommend washing and drying without heat. We cut the cover material slightly larger as an allowance in case the cover shrinks once washed. If cover fits correctly, air drying is advised; If looser, low heat drying is suggested.

After the initial wash, the cover should conform perfectly and stretch out with just a few uses.

Latex insert care: Spot clean with mild soap and water. DO NOT WASH. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or air may cause brittleness. In case of moisture, remove the cover and allow the latex insert to dry thoroughly.

Returns

At TwinKido, our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving the product.

Kindly return the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and complimentary items are included. When sending back a product, please ensure proper and secure packaging. Please be aware that if you provide our Courier Service Partner with an incorrect product, TwinKido cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur to the incorrect item during transit or otherwise.

Upon the receipt of the original product(s) at our facility and the completion of the quality check, the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.

Should any or all of the products initially included in an order placed with a coupon or offer be returned, the coupon code/offer will no longer be valid for the order. Additionally, the benefits of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund.

Anticipated Reverse Pickup Time: In areas where pickup services are provided by reputable couriers, the Reverse Pickup is expected to occur within 7 days (excluding Sundays and other holidays). Nevertheless, occasional unforeseen delays in product pickup may arise due to uncontrollable and unpredictable logistics challenges beyond our influence. TwinKido is not accountable for such delays and seeks users' cooperation, as we consistently strive to minimize such occurrences.

Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation request and haven't processed or approved the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped. The order status will be viewable in the "My Orders" section once it's placed by the customer.
